The Kutis 02/03 U12 boys team battled the heat and came out on top in their first tournament of the fall – the 2014 NORCO Invitational. With high temps and heat indices in the triple digits, conditions were uncomfortable to say the least. But in their first tournament playing 11 v 11, Kutis found the
State Champions. It is a title that few can say they hold. Now the Kutis Academy Gold U16 Boys team can proudly add it to their resume. They beat a Missouri Rush team in double overtime to take the state title and now move on to regional play in Ohio. It wasn’t an easy road.
Kutis 02/03, coached by Mark Tracy and Brian McChesney, will host five kick arounds. The team is looking for additional players including a goalkeeper as they prepare for 11 v 11 this Fall.
